This OMEGA watch is a recent insurance replacement of an old watch of mine that was stolen in transit. I have all the insurance correspondence and paperwork on hand. The watch that was replaced was of sentimental value, this watch is fantastic, but does not carry any sentimental value for me. I therefore don't have any need for it. The watch has NEVER been worn, comes in the original OMEGA box with manual, tags, paperwork and pictograms. The lowest retail price on this item that I was able to receive a formal quote on, was R110 000 from a major national jewelry chain. I received other telephonic quotes ranging from R105 000 to R122 000.
Description
The OMEGA De Ville Prestige collection has attracted a large and loyal following with its classic, elegant design. These timepieces are characterised by pure styling with luxury finishes, and exude a timeless design. This model features an impressive two-zone silver dial with gold-fashioned Roman numerals at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock positions. The striking dial, with its date window at the 3 o’clock position, is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The bezel is mounted on a 39.5 mm 18K yellow gold case, and is presented on a brown leather strap. At the heart of this timepiece is the Co-Axial calibre 2500.
