R2 NOTE

T.W. de Jongh 4th Series

1978

The note is in a Crisp Uncirculated condition, and would make a good addition to any serious collection. The paper is still crisp and colours are bright with absolutely no fading present, retaining that 'new banknote sheen'. This note is truly in an excellent condition.

This is a South African two Rand note sighed by reserve bank governor T.W. de Jongh. It is a Fourth series note printed and issued in 1978, this specific note appear with the van Riebeeck watermark. This is the first R2 note of this design and the last series to bear this signature.

Every consideration will be taken during shipping to ensure that these specimens arrive in their current pristine condition.
