Due to the seller moving to Johannesburg for business reasons we did not conclude the transaction. I was given a full refund. I am however not ecstatic by the seller not concluding, but I am aware that this was out of the seller's control and I do not see a neutral or negative rating to be appropriate. No harm no foul.
