The watch is in good working condition, the original crown and stem are missing, the crown has been replaced but is not functioning, the time cannot be set because the stem is missing.

Being a quartz movement the time is running and the time would only need to be set once the existing battery has been depleted. 

The watch can be bought to be repaired or to be used as is and once the battery dies, the buyer can get the battery replaced and the time reset at the same time.

There is a small scratch on the face of the watch.
