Please Note:
- Railman cannot and will not be held responsible for any parcels lost, damaged or delayed if the parcel has sent via the Post Office - we do however assist with the tracking of parcels should there be an unusual delay in delivery.

- We prefer that you use bobpayEFT by means of payment, as the payment will reflect in our account faster and therefore it will enable us to ship out the purchased item/s to you a lot quicker.
- If you require Postnet as your preferred method of delivery, please furnish me with the address and contact number of your nearest Postnet outlet as not to incur any possible delays or posting to the wrong outlet - thank you.
- Due to the high volume of Parcels having to be packed and the care needed to ensure safe arrival, please make an allowance for an initial 48hr delay prior to your being ready for processing either by the Post Office or Postnet - thanking you in advance.
General:
- You will have 72hrs to make the relevant payment after the closing of the Auction/winning bid or the item purchased will be re-listed.
- We can arrange a combined parcel on multiple successful bids, each additional item will incur an additional R5.00 charge.
- Collections can be accommodated by prior arrangement (terms and conditions may also apply).
- Railman cannot and will not take responsibility once the unit/s has been delivered on the connecting or wiring of any electrical equipment or electrical accessories.
