This hardwood Police truncheon has connections with the old station in Alice outside East London.   I always search for old and interesting items with a history or connection to my area.   Unfortunately there is no writing on the truncheon.   It is sturdy not cracked and the leather strap is in good vintage condition.  Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
