Each of these high quality pillar candles are handmade by a local artisan. The German imported wick is designed is to burn consistently and evenly, allowing for extended use without collapse. The estimated burning time on this candle (70 x 140mm) is approximately 12 hours per colour layer or 84 hours per candle. (Note that burning time could be effected by increased air circulation)
If candles are used repeatedly, it can be allowed to burn down, creating a hollow tube. Or when extinguished, a layer can be removed or cut off, to re-expose the flame to provide more light.
