Insurance: Optional insurance on items over the value of R100 – add an extra 2% of the value of the items.
Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase I offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on the return of the goods in original condition and email notification of your intent to return within 7 days of Auction/Sale, only on the item price and not on shipping, insurance, etc. A 25% return fee will be charged on items returned without justifiable cause.
I DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT DIRECTLY INTO MY ACCOUNT unless you are prepared to pay the EXTRA R15.00 plus 1.05% of the Deposit Amount that my bank charges me –if you cannot EFT, the next best option is to ask YOUR bank to transfer the money into my bank account.
