Rare 1900 Boer War Era Durban Light Infantry Corporals Certificate of Proficiency

Rare !! Boer War Era Durban Light Infantry Corporals Certificate of Proficiency with all relevant dates & signatures 

Please note the original frame was badly damaged so I've re-housed this certificate in a spare frame I had here as I deal with a lot of art. This being said I have personally handled this certificate so know without a doubt that this is an ORIGINAL / AUTHENTIC document from 28 August 1900 and not a copy or reproduction 

These are rare documents from the Durban Light Infantry and you simply just don't find these authentic original documents laying about 

There is age related wear to this certificate as could be expected. At some stage it was folded up and creased - browning to the paper and is relatively brittle - some water stains to the bottom of the certificate 

No 211 Durban Light Infantry Corporals Certificate of Proficiency Certifies.  No 484 Private R.M. hewshaw examined and passed the relevant requirements for promotion to corporal and was signed by a captain (Can't make out the name of this signature) 

Frame measures approx 60.5cm x 51cm 

You will have to place yr own brackets and nylon to the back of this frame to hang it
