The piece is in an GOOD, USED CONDITION- Blade is present and remains exceptionally sharp. Knife remains in a Good State and has been utilised. Minimal Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Grip scales are secure- Scabbard is in good order.  Maker's marks present.

An EXCELLENT example of British Army , 1960s Parachute 'Hopkinson' Quick-Release Knife w/ Scabbard. This piece appears to be in a VF state , with Blade and handle intact. All parts appear present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Blade is exceptionally sharp and retains a cutting edge.  Manufacturer markings have been correctly electro-pencilled onto Blade surface. Leather Scabbard remains in good order.

The Hopkinson Quick-Release Knife , was introduced during the Second World War- allowing Parachutist's to effectively cut any entangled Patachute cables.
