Rare 1960's Israeli GLOBUS '' ballpoint pen (silver or silver plated?)Ink is Dry( Not Sure if this is silver or silver plated there is no silver Marks on it unless it is in Hebrew) On the Clip is the word GLOBUS .Hebrew characters spiraling down the barrel, . A menorah appears in the middle of the tablet The ink is either dry or out, although it appears that a standard refill can be used
