An EXCELLENT example of RARE,  1980s/ 1990s  Bophuthatswana Police Service Dress Peak Cap w/ Insignia. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state of preservation , with detailed Badge Graphic Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Toning may be noted throughout. Badge inlay is present w/ both mounting lugs. This item appears complete in  construction - with Liner and all fittings intact. Material is in good order and manufacturer label is evident.  Leather retention chin-strap is present & original owner's Force Number has been inscribed within item. 

This piece would have been utilised by a member of the Bophuthatswana Police Force, as part of their Service Dress Uniform  daily attire.
