The piece is in an GOOD, USED CONDITION- Brass Buckle Graphic Design Relief is present and detailed.Insignia remains in a Good State and Belt has been utilised. Minimal Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Belt material is in good order- weave is complete and all pigmentation is bright and defined. All hook and securing fittings are present, with adjustable sliders. Item is Second-Hand.

An EXCELLENT example of a  1980s/ 1990s  SA Medical Service Regimental Stable Belt w/ Brass Buckle. This piece appears to be in a VF+  state of preservation , with detailed Graphic Relief on buckle  obverse. All insignia present. Appropriate Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Brass fittings may display some degree of surface toning/ wear. Belt material is complete and displays correct branch of service colouration. Buckle secures well when engaged - all necessary parts appear to be present. 

This piece would have been utilised by members of the South African Medical Service ( Military Health Service Branch) - as part of their parade/ Ceremonial service attire.
