An EXCELLENT example of RARE , 1980s British Special Air Service Bronze Metallic Beret Badge w/ Slide. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Surface finish will display some degree of toning/  discoloration due to age-related wear.  Retention slide fitting remsins securely mounted. 

This piece would have been utilised by members of the British Special Air Service, during the early 1980s -  as identifying insignia with their issue Beret/ Headgear.
