An EXCELLENT example of Border War, 1980s SA Cadet Corps Nutria Unissued Marksman's Proficiency Sleeve Badge. This piece appears to be in a VF+ state of preservation , with detailed Woven Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Minimal Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. All pigmentation and features appear in good condition.

This piece would have been worn by members of the SA Cadet Corps ( High School System) - who had successfully completed the requirements for the marksmanship qualification.
