THE SILVER RAND HAS SOME TARNISHING, BUT I DON'T CLEAN COINS, THAT'S YOUR CALL. PLEASE IGNORE THE QUALITY OF THE PICTURES, CAMERA BATTLED TO FOCUS WITH THE GLARE FROM THE PROOFS. HAD PROBLEMS WITH RESIZING THE PICTURES TOO.
