A rare 3 litre bottle of whisky!!! Unfortunately, there is only 3cm (high) of liquid left in the bottle. I'm not sure if it is still the original whisky - but it definitely smells like alcohol. This is a huge, dark brown, solid glass bottle. The bottle is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. It fits perfectly onto the wrought iron display stand! This was obviously made for it. Apparently these huge bottles came out with stands. It can swing back on forth on the stand. Once pushed, it can continue swinging on its own. The Label says: By Appointment to THE LATE QUEEN VICTORIA & THE LATE KING EDWARD VII. The label is distressed. The bottle is also IMPRINTED on the glass at the bottom: GEO (which stands for George) BALLENTINE & SON LTD. It has a screw on lid. Size on the stand is 37cm high x 20cm wide. GREAT ITEM TO DISPLAY IN A BAR!
