ANTIQUE VERY RARE AFRICAN TRIBAL RITUAL CEREMONIAL PEACE SMOKING PIPE

On offer this rare, antique, African, hand carved two headed tobacco pipe.  In very good antique condition.

This elaborately carved tobacco pipe was not merely a functional smoking implement, but was also emblematic of its owner’s status.

This amazing pipe specimen, made of leather, bone and copper,  is embellished with coiled copper wire and measures 39cms tall by 12cms wide x 32cms length and has a circumference of 36cms around the outside of the bowl.  The weight is 700 grams

This antique tobacco pipe would be a perfect addition to a pipe or tribal antiquities collection.
