SILVER PLATED TILTING KETTLE WITH STAND AND BURNER
A beautiful piece, something you don't see around every corner!
This is truly a beautiful piece and the images can't quite convey it, as it is very difficult to take decent pictures of such a shiny object!
I don't know if this is an antique or a recent reproduction, but it is a really stunning piece.
The kettle is silver plated and adorned with an engraved flower design.
The kettle easily tilts forward on the stand, allowing pouring without the need to lift it.
When not on the stand, it rests solidly on four sturdy feet.
The stand and the burner also appears to be silver plated.
Condition is excellent and the only damage I could spot is a slight ding or two near the bottom of the spout.
The burner needs a wick, but that should be easy to replace.
Height on the stand is about 33cm to the top of the handle.
Diameter of the kettle at the widest part is about 13.5cm.
