Rare find - antique coal stove complete and in working order
Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to invest in a coal/wood stove in working order, including the flue.
This enamelled Wanda Master Univa Duchess 40S stove carries the old SABS stamp of approval and features:
- Four plates
- Oven complete with racks
- Storage compartment above the stove
- Hot drawer below the oven
- Hot water tank with tap
- Flue
It comes complete and in excellent condition. Nothing extra needed before firing it up and starting to cook and bake those wonderful roasts and breads only a coal/wood stove can deliver.
While the stove is mostly spotlessly clean, it does have surface rust (see photo) on the top steel plate around the plates. This has been caused by non-use over the past few years and can easily be cleaned and will not reappear with regular use.
The stove is offered as is and must be removed from its present position, including the flue without damaging the roof, by the buyer. Transport is specifically not included in the price.
