A rare Art Deco German moneybox clock from the "Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft" (Provision Insurance Company). The oak casing has a brass coin slot in the top and a black metal door in the back (no key). The back bears a company brass plaque with date 1822 (please see pics). I have included a pic of the movement - seems to be original. Please note that the clock is not running. It could make a great restoration project for the clock enthusiast or an unusual and rare display piece.
