Welcome to this Auction of a RARE Autoart JAMES BOND Aston Martin DB5!

This is a 1/18 Scale Diecast Model of the famous car in the movie GOLDFINGER.

It has REVOLVING number plates front and rear, which you adjust by hand. There is a choice of three different number plates. The front indicators can be pulled out slightly, to reveal machine guns. Above the passenger is a removable roof panel.  EJECTOR SEAT: Press the centre armrest down, and the passenger seat is ejected through the roof! BULLET PROOF SHIELD: Open the boot and slide a button, and the Shield pops up from the bootlid. TYRE SLASHER: The left rear wheel has an extendable tyre slasher that pulls out of the hub. HIDDEN TELEPHONE: The Driver's Door has a compartment which opens to show a telephone. Rear Oil Dispensers: The top red lens hood of the left rear light can be pulled out and swivelled. (The right rear side had to be glued back in.)

Please note that I had to repair the wheels, and the left rear one no longer turns. The badge in front of the bonnet has worn away and left a scratch, because the bonnet touches the body when opened. The bumper overriders originally could be extended very slightly by hand, but I had to glue them back in.

Included is the original instruction sheet, and the original box (which is showing its age- the clear plastic of the box has several tears).
