Rare Beatrix Potter 'My Dear Son Thomas' Tableau Figure (P4169) 

This scarce, hand painted large Beatrix Potter figurine tableau titled 'My Dear Son Thomas' was issued in 2001, in a limited edition of 3000 worldwide. It was produced by the Beswick factory in England and was modelled by 'Martyn Alcock'.The figurine has been beautifully hand painted in soft colours, and carries the 'John Beswick' backstamp, with the model number 'P4169', and the number '1718' hand painted in green. (This is number '1718' of the 3000 issued). The figurine is in excellent condition and measures 18,6cm x 9,6cm and stands 9,2cm high.
