Antique ceramic pub vesta match striker advertising Allsopp's beer.
In very good condition, though there are several small surface (glazing) chips. Glazing has crazed with age. Approx 115mm diameter, 50mm high. It weighs approx 675grams.
This is a very rare and old item and would have been used in pubs circa 1900 as a service to customers and to advertise Allsopp's ales and beers.
