This rare Chambre Claire Universelle Camera Lucida is in its original box lined with silk and velvet with the instructions it is marked in a Oval PB for P. BERVILLE and Chambre appears to be working and consists of table clamp and fixing screws, telescoping system and 2 draw tube's for adjusting and focusing Anda triangular prism with a black coated surface which is mounted on an adjustable LENS Holder it appears to be brass. The lens are all numbered & etched 1 to 12. This was used for copying, enlarging and reducing and reverse drawing objects in true or exact perspective.
