ANTIQUE PRIMUS No. 69 CLASSIC CAMPING STOVE
Rare model, complete and original in original tin!
Can be dismantled - folding feet
Genuine Primus made in Sweden

These classic cute little camping Primus stoves are seldom seen in complete and original condition, not to mention in the original tin!
This one is in great shape. It has all the original parts and it should be easy to get it working again. The pump seal has shrunk over time and is not sealing, but that seems to be the only real fault.
Cosmetically it is in good condition with a few minor dents as can be seen in the images. We thought it best not to polish the stove, but if polished is the way you like it, it should polish up nicely!
The tin is fairly rusted, but the Primus logo is still visible on both sides.
To fit into its tin, the stove can be completely dismantled. The burner plate and burner head is removed, the vaporizing tube screwed off, the legs pulled out and the feet folded in against the belly of the tank.
The stove has a total height of 16cm and a tank diameter of 11cm.
As far as we could determine, this version of the no.69 model was made from 1935 onwards. Since accurately dating these stoves is very difficult, we could not determine when production of this version was stopped.
