DESCRIPTION:
An extremely rare, hard white plastic Buffalo figurine, part of the 'Animals of Africa' series.
Launched by Coca-Cola in East Africa as a set of 20 figurines and re-issued in South Africa where a
much larger 21st figurine, a Springbok was added. To collect the series one had to redeem a number of
bottle caps to receive a figurine in return and vast quantities of Coke were consumed to collect a set.
MARKS:
Base marked Drink Coca-Cola on one side and Reg. Des. No. 101/61 on the other.
CONDITION:
Vintage, legs, horns and tail intact.
DIMENSIONS:
Approximately 25mm in height.
