This unique & rare box created by Halycon Days (Bilston & Battersea) - a company honoured to have been granted royal warrants by Their Majesties The Queen and The Queen Mother, and Their Royal Highnesses Prince Philip and the Prince of Wales as the first ever and only suppliers of Objets d'art and is only one of six companies to hold all four royal warrants. Halycon Days enamels are incomparable collector's items, gifts par excellence and direct descendants of the rare enamels of 18th century England. They are made by craftspeople of Bilston, England using the traditional method of ENAMELLING ON COPPER.
THIS DESIGN: Has been discontinued and is one of the older designs and VERY HARD TO FIND and very valuable. Contemporary items of this kind are currently reaching from 80 pounds - this converted to rands is over R1200.00. This is a rarer and much older item, not available anymore in this design and therefore worth MUCH MUCH more. The exquisite handpainting is lovely and the hinge on the box is still in perfect working order.

Economail (less than 1kg in weight) – R25.00, or if it is more than 1kg in weight it is Ordinary Parcel – R26 for the 1st kg plus R4 per extra kg or part thereof.
