A diploma issued by the Dutch "Chef van het Departement der Marine in Nederlandsch-Indie" Issued at Batavia (Now Jakarta) on 28 October 1919. Housed in a small and plain folder. Some creasing to document noted. Minor tear. Obtained in the Netherlands, hardly ever seen in South Africa.

A most unusual item that may be of interest to those interested in the Dutch Merchant Marine.
