An EXCELLENT example of an Early 20th Century, American Brass 'Miller ' Padlock w/out Key. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Padlock retains the securing bale and Casement appears to be complete. Manufacturers marks evident on reverse. ITEM IS NOT INTENDED FOR USAGE-  NOTE : KEY IS NO LONGER PRESENT.
