Aunt Ruby's German Green Tomato (85-90 days) is a large beefsteak on indeterminate vines. When fully ripe it will be a light green color with a tint of yellow and a faint pink blush. The fruit is 12 to 16 ounces, very sweet and spicy with a succulent bite like no other.
Cherokee Purple Tomato (80-100 days) is an indeterminate variety with rather short vines. The fruit is slightly flattened, about 10 to 12 ounces, and colored a purple-brown-pink combination with green gel until it ripens. Full of old-fashioned "real tomato" flavor!
Plum Lemon Tomato (70-80 days). The bright canary-yellow 3" fruit, looks just like a fresh lemon. This variety was collected by Kent Whealy of Seed Savers Exchange, from a elderly seedsman at the Bird Market in Moscow. Delicious, sweet taste.
German Red Strawberry Tomato (80-90 days) Big, flavorful 1 lb fruit are shaped like a giant, red strawberry. These beautiful tomatoes are loaded with a rich, sweet flavor. With only a small amount of seeds and juice, they are great for canning and sandwiches. This superior tasting tomato is a family heirloom from Germany.
Great White Tomato (90-100 days) Large 1 lb. giant creamy white fruit, this tomato is superbly wonderful. The flesh is so good and deliciously fruity, it reminds one of a mixture of fresh cut pineapple, melon and guava. One of our favorite fresh eating tomatoes! Fruit are smoother than most large beefsteak types, and yields can be very high. This fine variety was developed by Gleckner's Seedsmen.
Amana Orange Tomato (90-100 days) Big, 1 lb., glowing orange beefsteaks have an intense full flavor- that most tomatoes don't match! This very attractive heirloom tomato is named for the Amana Colonies, in Amana, Iowa.
