This 1978 Chris de Burgh Spanish Train record was released by AM Records and pressed in Portugal. The title track caused much controversy the world over. In South Africa it was deemed blasphemous and subsequently banned. It was then released under the title 'Lonely Skies" without the Spanish Train track. These specific record are today quite rare and sought after. Strangely at the time the ban applied only to the LP record and the tapes werereely available.
This record carries a VG+ grading (Very Good Plus). The Cover, sleeve and insert are intact. The Cover show very faint signs of ring wear and some minor nicks on edges. No discoloration. The inner sleeve show signs of yellowing through age. The record show faint signs of being handled and played but no hooks, jumps or warps are present.
