All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Surface Toning visible. Suspender is secure and complete. No Ribbon. 

This piece features the Dutch Variant of the Faithful Service Award - this was replaced post-1923 by the Afrikaans issue.
