Republic of South Africa. 1969 Railway Stamp (H&N Issue 11). Proof of the R1-00 value – Imperforated vertically in a Block of Four. The Right Hand Top Stamp with Broken Frameline (row 1/4).  Very Scarce, with not even the basic imperfs listed in Hagen & Naylor. Superb Unmounted mint.
