SMALL ANTIQUE SWISS MADE MANTLE CLOCK
Mahogany cased with inlays and brass trim and feet
Good condition - Running, keeping time

The exact age of the clock is unknown, but it is estimated to date back to approximately the 1930's.
There is no manufacturer's name visible, but it is stamped "Swiss made" on the rear of the movement and there is an emblem that looks similar to a simplified representation of a snowflake. There is also a serial number: 42976.
The case is in good condition with only minor damage to the edges of the trim just below the arched top.
The dial is in good condition with minor staining at the centre and the hands are rust free.
The clock runs and keeps time well, losing only a few minutes in the 4 days that it was tested. The speed can be adjusted at the rear of the movement.
Bear in mind that antique clocks are often quite sensitive and once received, it may need a service or adjustment in order to run perfectly.
The balance wheel and speed adjuster is visible when the rear cover is removed, as well as the winder and time adjuster.
The clock has a height of approximately 23cm and is 14cm wide.
