Very unusual to see a South African with such varied service - Beeton saw service in all of the following: SA MOTOR TRANSPORT CORPS, ROYAL NAVY VOLUNTEER RESERVE, ROYAL NAVY AIR SERVICE and ROYAL AIR FORCE!
