Rare vintage 1965 Bubble Cut Sindy doll - a special one

I do believe this is a rare Sindy.  I was told she is a 1965 Sindy and referring to this site - jenjoysalldolleduppage.wordpress.com/2023/08/14/vintage-sindy-id-guide/ I think she is one of the New Zealand ones as shown on the site.  She is in very good condition - 29cm tall with hard vinyl head, hard plastic body and vinyl arms and legs that can bend (wire inside) Her head is one of the "plug-in" ones and though it sits firmly, can come off and I can see the wiring inside leading to her arms etc. She is marked "made in Hong Kong" on back waist (very faint but can decipher using magnifying glass).  I found her in a rather tatty evening dress (last pic) which I will include as it is still redeemable just in case it is original (but not sure) but have dressed her in something modern to match her hair decoration.    Refer images
