Rare Citizen Parawater 62-6694 21 Jewel Automatic watch

Have to sell some project watches as I just have to many to get too.

Running very well and keeping fantastic time, all original however there are two problems, 1 the dial is meant to be blue with a little scuba diver emblem above the 6 o'clock marker but as you can see, this is no longer the case, however it does look great the way it is , a golden silver brown and 2, the second hand is missing.

38mm in size and all original.
