Rare Vintage Sterling Silver Gold And Enamel Peruvian "Coat Of Arms" Ring

Here we have a rare vintage sterling silver gold and enamel Peruvian "Coat of Arms" ring in good condition, however it has a split on the band obviously cut to get the ring off someone's finger but it's an easy fix. The ring is a size "U" the top of the ring measures approx 18mm x 15mm and weighs 11g. The coat of arm is surrounded by a garland of yellow gold, the top and sides are decorated in enamel.  It has a stamp inside the ring and I can't make it out but acid tested positive for silver.
