Here we have a vintage Thomas La Motte (TLM) butterfly wing and sterling silver ring in very good vintage condition with just age related wear and some light scratches on the glass.These rings are rarely seen nowadays. I'm not sure of the size because of it's flat part under the ring face but it is probably a size K.  It weighs approx. 3g and the face measures approx. 2cm x 1.5cm.
