Gorgeous almost antique platter. Hand painted beautifully with lovely detail. Reason it is RARE is, you will note on the back, in the stamp, the words "Vert de Mer". This was applied to a select few designs because the base colour has the softest tinge of green. I don't know if you can pick it up in the pics, but it is there. No chips or cracks but on some sections of the outer rim, there is some colour loss.
