Appropriate Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Copper and Brass construction appears complete with mouthpiece intact. Retention bale remains complete. Some degree of surface wear , indentations evident due to handling/ field usage. Manufacturer markings evident.

An EXCELLENT example of World War 2 , 1940s SA Union Defence Force Brass & Copper Regimental Bugle. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse and reverse. All parts appear present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. A degree of field usage related indentations will be noted. Manufacturer markings are evident and remain legible. Retention bale is complete. Metallic lustre appearance is unspoiled. 

This piece would have been utilised by South African Army / Union Defence Force units - for Regimental Signalling and muster events.
