Rare WW2 Vapalux Model 300 kerosene pressure lantern for restoration. This old lantern was produced in Halifax in 1943 - has the Ministry of Defense arrow and 1943 date stamp. It is manufactured from steel, and is RAF Blue/Grey. It has one hexagonal air intake sticking out of the ventilator cap, and a decal on the fount alerting the user to empty and clean out the fount weekly to avoid rust formation inside. The lantern is in fair solid aesthetic condition, but does not have a glass shade. The lamp is untested, and would need restoration. Great buy for the collector.
