I bought this Raspberry Pi 3 Model B and all its accessories brand new in 2019 and used it as an HTPC/media centre with Kodi installed for watching and streaming TV shows and movies on my TV. Did not have a use for the cooling fan so never used it. I've wiped the included SD card and made a clean install of the official Raspberry Pi OS (formerly Raspbian), date/version 04 March 2021.
