The Raspberry Pi M.2 HAT+ (Compact) is an alternative to the existing M.2 HAT+, designed to fit inside the Raspberry Pi Case for Raspberry Pi 5. It connects to the PCIe FPC connector on Raspberry Pi 5 via a "flex/rigid" FPC built into the HAT+ PCB. removing the need for a separate FPC cable.

  • 4 Gbits/s PCIe 2.0 interface provides fast (~450Mbytes/s) data transfer to and from NVMe SSD drives and other PCIe accessories.
  • Conforms to the HAT+ specification.
  • Automatically detected by the latest Raspberry Pi software/firmware.
