·         Crazy Cavies does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit with the Post Office, you can include an insurance option for your postal order by adding 2% of the value of the order to your payment.

·         Items are not pre-made, therefore it will take 2-3 days before shipment.

·         Orders will only be sent if payment reflects on our bank account, or proof of payment is sent directly from your bank.

·         Payment must be made 2-3 days after the order is placed in order to secure stock materials.

·         Add 5% for direct cash deposits, EFT carries no extra costs.
