DELIVERIES
Delivery will be free of charge, unless otherwise specified. All prices include delivery for all customers worldwide. Customers are liable for additional fees charged by customs.
ERRORS AND RETURNS
Items within product warranty can be returned either for a refund or a replacement. As subject to the applicable laws, you have up to 7 days after you receive your item to return your item, unless the fine print of the deal states the item cannot be returned. Items must be received by us within 30 days for your return to be valid. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the items when you cancel your order. Please note that the sooner you return the items, the faster we will be able to process a refund. Once the items have been returned to us they will be inspected and, if applicable, a refund will be processed within 30 days. Unwanted items must be returned unused and in good condition. You must take care to ensure that the items are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. We will not credit, refund or replace items where, in our reasonable opinion, the items in question have been returned to us in an unacceptable state (due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care). Where we refuse to refund the order, we will notify you by email and you will be liable to cover the costs of the items being returned to you. Once we have inspected your items and determined that you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will notify you of this outcome by email, and we will reimburse you the costs of returning the items to us.
If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise does not conform to your order, you have a statutory right to return the product. We strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as you become aware of any problems. We encourage you to inspect each product carefully upon receipt. If you return defective, faulty or non-conforming products to us, the product will be inspected at our warehouse. If a defect or fault is found or the product does not match your order, we will be happy to provide a refund, in accordance with applicable law. If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, such refunds or replacements will be processed (and shipped to the extent possible) within 30 days.
