A Razzi, Original Oil on Board, Framed in Gilded Frame

On offer this superb original oil painting, very well painted. An atmospheric piece of "Fishing and Sailing Boats in a Bay with Heavy Clouds", by artist A Razzi.  The colours of the painting match the frame beautifully and the proportion between the size of the painting and the frame is perfect. It is a large painting measuring 83x61cm (with frame) and 70x48cm (painting only).  It is framed in an ornate gilded frame with high relief.  There are a couple very minor age  spots on the painting and a bit of gilding has chafed off on the 2 RHS corners (see pic below).  Other than that, the painting and frame both in very good condition.  I thought I picked up some crackling on the front boat but on closer inspection I suspect the artist applied a technique here, to make the wood on the boat look old, as it is only evident on the feature boat and follows the contours of the boat (see pic below). Normally with crackling, the area would be rough, but here it is smooth.  It is signed by the artist in the lower left corner.
