VA-Tester

Just plug the VA-Tester in between your esc and battery to show your motor/esc current drain in Amps (A) as well as voltage level (V).
A very simple, effective and cheap power analyzer for smaller power systems up to 30A.
Unit is accurate to .5A and should not be used for high power or high precision systems.

I got one and it works very well. I compared the readings to my Fluke multimeter and it read half a volt higher and one amp higher than the Fluke (Fluke makes top quality meters),

I found this to be an inexpensive, yet effective tool for those on a budget. Initially, I thought it was broken, as it would not show the amps my motor was pulling. I found out you MUST hook it up in proper sequence! To get the amps reading to show, FIRST connect the battery to the VA tester, THEN hook the VA tester to the ESC. The readings aren't "perfect", but I didn't expect a piece of Lab Equipment at this price. If you don't have a wattage meter, but need to set up electrics for your plane, heli, car, boat, or robot, proper use of this item may prevent you from killing your equipment.

Works GREAT. It displays "V" for a sec then voltage amount like "11.2" then "A" and amps amount like "25.4" for another sec and so on. so in 4 second you'll get voltage and amp info.
