RCM Rust Converter Primer

RCM Rust Converter Primer is an advanced, eco-friendly, water-based coating designed to effectively treat and convert rust on metal sheeted areas and structures. Intended Applications:

Application Guidelines:

1. Surface Preparation:
   1. Remove loose rust, dirt, and flaking paint by brushing or sanding.
   2. Clean thoroughly to ensure a dust-free, dry surface.
2. Mixing:
   1. Stir product thoroughly before use.
3. Application:
   1. Apply by using an RCM Paint Brush, roller, or airless spray.
   2. Apply at recommended film thickness to ensure full rust conversion.
   3. Allow to dry completely before applying top coats.
4. Clean-Up:
   1. Clean tools and equipment with warm, soapy water immediately after use.

• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
• Wear protective gloves and eye protection during application.
• Store in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed.
